Much like many other members of the Chem D line, the origins of Chemdog 91 are shrouded in mystery. This lineage was first cultivated by the illustrious East Coast breeder who also goes by the name of Chemdog, and was sprouted from seeds found in a bag of Dog Bud from Oregon. Some speculate it descends from a Thai landrace strain and old school skunk. Chemdog 91 is thought to be an offshoot of the original Chem D strain, and the numerical addition of “91” is to reference the year the strain first came into existence. This particular cut represents the original skunky funk and fuel of the original Chemdog. In true family spirit, this hybrid has a very strong diesel smell with a piney-lemon aftertaste. Most Chemdawg 91 crops tend to lean sativa, though this particular cut tends to lean towards indica variants. Consumers should expect a cerebral buzz from this strain. Good for pain, sleeplessness, and appetite stimulation.
